Job Description

In order to provide clients from all over the world with outstanding customer service, Sixt is hiring a customer care agent. You’ll give consumers correct information and keep thorough records of damages, gas usage, etc. in a timely manner. The following qualities characterize the perfect applicant:

  • Ability to sustain good customer service in challenging or unexpected circumstances.

What you’ll do is?

  • Greet each customer as they enter the parking lot.
  • As you gather feedback to enhance future rental experiences, ask about their experience working with Sixt.
  • Ensure that consumers have removed all of their personal goods from the car.
  • Check entering vehicles covertly for damage, then direct the buyer to the counter to complete the damage/loss report.
  • Make the appropriate claim to ascertain whether the car is being returned with a full tank of gas.
  • Provide the consumer with an accurate receipt after advising them and reviewing the rental fees.
  • If necessary, provide details on how to get to the airport terminal.
  • Complete a service alert for any mechanical or other damage that consumers have reported.
  • Vehicles that have been designated for grounding or preventative maintenance should be identified, tagged, and moved to the appropriate lot location.
  • Maintain order in the parking lot to facilitate access and traffic
  • Work outside in any weather, including hot or cold, rain, or bright sunlight.
  • carry out additional work activities as required to fulfill business needs.

Knowing you:

  • GED or high school diploma.
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service.
  • Must be at least 21 and have a driver’s license in good standing with no moving violations.
  • basic familiarity with Microsoft Office apps and computer navigation.
  • having the capacity to work 40 hours a week, including days and/or nights.
  • most likely require 5–10% of travel, some of which might be via air.
  • Has to be ready to put on company uniforms.
  • Must be qualified to work in the United States and not need our company’s sponsorship for work authorization at this time or in the future.
